i kept getting emails from Smorgy8513 and thought I was getting spammed. I finally read one of the emails and clicked the link and was honored  to be included in the Elders 6% List)! Also happy to see that I can finally access the site now on my IPhone. I will definitely be more active in blogging to help the newbies! I am looking forward to celebrating 5 years Smoke-Free in March and continue to  share my story of starting to run after I QUIT!
