My 50 Days!

First of all, thanks so much for all the recognition on my 50 DOF!  I feel absolutely great!    I am actually starting to feel a whole lot better as far as my stomach goes!  I think it's all starting to balance out, finally, because I have definitely thought how much easier just smoking would be, and I could go back to what I thought of as being normal!  But it's not normal, putting a substance in your body for years and years, in fact, quite the opposite!  

I am so happy that I am over the addiction, I can now actually enjoy going to the gym, and working out, not worrying about losing the weight but perhaps toning what I have gained.

My life has for sure changed, from quitting to meeting all you wonderful supporters!  I am heading to the Triple Digit Club so I'm told, and I can't wait to get there.... I'm gonna yell it out now.....
