Laura S from Quitnet here. I didn't remember ever having made a profile on this site, but it appears I did, so here I am under an old username of ripnruppie. This isn't my first quit. Aside from having "just one" last late winter and having about a 2 week relapse late summer, I'd have a year and a half quit right now. I have always seemed to do pretty good in the beginning and then fall for "just one" after 6 months or more of being quit. I feel very differently this time around. I'm not craving much at all, I'm not romancing it or even thinking about smoking much at all. Once in awhile a rouge thought crosses my mind, but it's easily dismissed. This is the first time I've ever felt so easily comfortable in a quit. I LOVE IT!
