Hello everyone,

Now that we are in the month of September I can happy report back to all of you EXers that I am 9 months smoke free☺Sorry that I dissapeared from here for a while but I need to do a spiritual cleaning of my mind and soul and tap away from social media for a while but I stayed close to my church family and they helped me through the tuff times that I was away from this site.Everyday I keep learning new things to stay away from smoking because I will always have a smokers mind...that's a little update on me I hope all of you are doing well...and I send positive vibes out to all of you and keep working your programs to stay smoke free!!!
