I have 5 months smoke free☺

Hello Everyone,

First of all I would like to send everyone greetings and hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend.Im stopping bye here to update you all on my progress...now that we are in the month of my I'm happy to say I am 5 months smoke free....I now I been away from this site for a while my Mom got real sick on me she got Influenza type A and B which she had to be hospitalized for a couple days in the mist of that I came down with pneumonia and then I moved to another place but things are finely calming down for me but in the mist of that kaos I managed not to smoke☺

That's a little update on me...have a wonderful week and keep working your program to stay smoke free...and remember a positive attitude is key for success!!. Keep pressing on,
