I don't even smoke a whole cigarette at times which is nice. In the morning until about 1 pm I don't feel the need to have a cigarette.


My real challenge will be at night because night time has always triggered me. I got some sugarfree gum to keep myself occupied so that is good.


I am still having some insomnia and then sleeping a lot during the day. How is everyone else doing?
