I am pretty excited by this new change. You see, I always thought that smoking made me feel better and happier.
Since I have cut down, however, I noticed I wake up happy and content. Smoking only stuffed my emotions down and made me avoid them.
This in turn prevented me from experiencing true contentment. And instead of turning to a cigarette at work I talk to my coworkers instead which is way more fun.
Did you experience this change in attitude as well as you were quitting?
