Hi all, my name is Rose. This will be my 7th time quitting. The longest I have gone without smoking is 2 years.
I have a psychiatric disability which has made it hard to quit. I am on a few medications and honestly this is the most I have ever smoked. I was almost to a pack a day before I became a member here. I have gotten it down to 7 a day.
It is the most difficult this time because I feel everything more intensely since I have been medicated. And in previous quit times I never changed anything besides not smoking.
I am going to start back in my old hobbies like singing, dancing, playing instruments, etc. I want to change so my daughter won't pick up this habit.
