Sorry to have to say that, but pleased to be hear again cuz this is where I should have been on a more consistent basis. I have no excuses, I did it, Ir's been maybe a month +-, I didn't care about the date, I've been smoking like a coal driven train climbing Mt. Everest. For about the past 2 weeks, every other day, I've been gonna quit, but I wouldn't commit and off to the gas station I'd go! Physically I can't believe how quickly I have begun to feel like crap. I'll see ya in the morning for the daily pledge!
