DAY 7 IS A WINNER

Evening all, weird day, just couldn't focus.  Got very little done today.  Did enjoy watching and playing with Skylar, new pups got a name.  Had quite a few urges from the nico demon, but I held strong.  Kept reminding myself that it's just a matter of making the choice and my choice is NOT TO SMOKE.  Going for a pony ride with a couple friends tomorrow morning.   Have to leave Skylar home alone, when she's bigger, older and wiser she will be my new sidekick, but for now 😞
