Working on Day 16!   Day 14 was a real bugger, think it was my roughest day yet, but I made it through!!  Kept talking myself through it as I passed by the gas stations.  Kept thinking back through all the powerful, positive posts I have read on this site and boy howdy it sure did help.  I was out of town when this was happening, couldn't wait to get back home, my safety zone.  Much better here.  I can always find something to do, some distraction as needed.  Once again, thank you for this wonderful EX Team support!  pmt  🙂
