Checking in

Hi everyone. I just wanted to check in. I am on day 5 and everything is going well. I was on the road most of the day, and had my straws, hard candy and water with me. Not many cravings. The sore throat and headaches are better. Still coughing up a lot of gunk. I have been on the site 3-4 time today reading a lot of great advice and inspiration.

Heading out to dinner with my son. He drove in today from Phoenix for the weekend. I will only see him tonight as he is going with friends to an AA convention in Oceanside for the weekend. Looking forward to some rain tonight and tomorrow.
