You are right , that's the attitude . You don't need them they need you and you are not giving in . Stay the course . The way out is through . You have already shown you can do this so let's keep going . Distract , delay , drink some tea or water , talk about it , write about it , take some deep breaths . Check out Sweetp,y or blogs , the best of ex maybe , I think Sweetplt has posted some great breaking memes to follow that will be of great help .
Maybe just go for a walk or go for a nap , do anything healthy but smoke .
