April 23rd, the day I became a first time father of a beautiful little girl. Since then thinking of giving a beautiful gift back to my little daughter. Have set the quit date to 30th June. My preparation is simple -- cut and quit. Have reduced the daily numbers to 3-4 per day. I just hope I am strong enough to stick to my plan. Any suggestion/help are welcome. Wish me luck!!
