i see differences in my ability to taste, no awful smelling after smoke either at work or home, urges have come down to maybe 2 or 3.. strong they are but i am not budging.
one difference i see in the urge is the mind making excuses for just the one. this article below is something i open up and read when the urge gets too strong..
three habits i have formed in the last 3-4 days
i) mornings, i go straight from bed brushing, looking at mirror and telling i am not smoking today
ii) mouth wash immediately after my morning and a'noon coffee / tea at work to kill any urges
iii) and i religiously read this article first thing in the morning ..
