Good morning. I walk my dog early in the morning so that keeps me busy. Then I get on the Ex. I had to come back from my walk this morning because the roads were icy and hadn't been salted (2 days in a row). So I've been on the phone complaining to the twp. I always did come on the Ex in the morning, but I don't know if there's anyone on in the "wee" hours. Do you have a hobby you can work on? Sorry no one was here for you.

Maybe start your day with a bit of exercise? There are videos galore on YouTube. Or - you could so some chair sit/stands, or some marching in place to some music? Or- maybe get a jigsaw puzzle to do, or a crossword puzzle book? Coming here and just reading is a great quit enhancer - there is SO much already written that you might find helpful: Best of EX. You might also read and respond to blogs written since you were last here. You can also search for comedy skits on YouTube - Bob Newhart, Tim Conway, Robin Williams, The Carol Burnett Show are some of my favs. Maybe adult coloring books and markers are something you would enjoy?

When it's above 40 I go out and sit on the back porch coffee in hand and listen to the world wake up. Days not above 40 I sit in my chair look out the window and play music quietly and watch the world thru my window. I enjoy the peacefulness of each morning It was mentioned here yesterday about Enjoying the little things in life

When my son was about 9 years old, he told me excitedly that he got up before the birds on morning. I am having trouble falling asleep at night & when l realize it is 3:30 or 4:00, l MAKE myself just lay still and listen to my breathing. I never get on the computer that late.
