Starting Over

I'm starting over. Each quit I feel so confident and then BAM, I take one puff and mess up my quit. I know to never take a puff and no beer. Both lead me back down that tobacco road.  I'm sick of on again off again. I called the quit line, and have a coach who will call and we can talk. Hopefully, this will be my last quit. Its great to have everyone here for the support I need.
