Hi all my name is Danielle I've been smoking since I was 14teen I'm 44 now. My family wants me to quit and I keep saying I'll quit but I haven't even tried. These cigarettes are really taking a toll on me. It seems like the older I'm getting the more I smoke. They have me tired and not feeling good on top of it I'm a diabetic and I have high blood pressure. I really want to stop. Has anyone used any patches or gum if so did it help.
