I made it!  Triple digits club!!!!  I’m so so grateful and happy that I quit.  This time is really it.  Life has been crazy but I’m really glad I’m still kicking, and I’m enjoying the journey so so very much.  There are so many great things going on in my world.  I’m staying strong, working at my job which I love, working out at the gym, dieting, losing weight and feeling amazing.  And I still have this “relationship” that is a work in progress lol.  Life isn’t perfect, not by a long shot, but I’m focusing on all of the good, and letting go of the bad.  ThMk you so so so much to everyone here.  The support and love I’m getting here is making this journey so so worth it.  It’s awesome to have this site to come when cravings hit or when life gets insane.  All my love to all reading this.  One day at a time.  It really does get better.  XO

I have smoked on and off (mostly on) for the last twenty years...quit in 2010 and was successful for 3 1/2 years. Then my husband died in January 2014, so I caved and started up again...now, over 7 years later, I want to be done for good!!!! This quit is IT.
