Wow!  It’s amazing what little changes can do.  I woke up early, got breakfast, went grocery shopping and took a long hot shower.  I feel so much better being productive today.  The lesson I learned in all of this—little changes can change a lot.  I was going to stay in and rest this afternoon, but I think I’m going to get out and get some fresh air.  Maybe run into some friends, grab a good dinner later...and I’m not even missing smoking.  I can’t believe I’ve made it 19 days smoke-free.  In a couple days I’ll have made it three weeks!!!!  I’m breathing so much better and my energy after turning a corner on this cold that I’ve been fighting is wayyy better.  Life is good, despite some of the challenges as of late.  Hope you’re all having a great day today.  XO

I have smoked on and off (mostly on) for the last twenty years...quit in 2010 and was successful for 3 1/2 years. Then my husband died in January 2014, so I caved and started up again...now, over 7 years later, I want to be done for good!!!! This quit is IT.
