Hello from Rome!!!  At 8:00 AM local time (11:00 PM PST) I’ll have made it to 21 days smoke-free!!!  This vacation has been wonderful—I‘ve enjoyed time with my sisters and their families as well as my parents.  I had some jet lag the first two days but now I feel adjusted.  And everyone here—everyone—smokes, but I have stuck to my quit and am marching onward.  I’m here for 5 more days, I fly back Sunday morning the 24th.  I’m enjoying every minute of this vacation too.  Just wanted to send a hello to everyone, thinking of all of you and will post more soon.

I have smoked on and off (mostly on) for the last twenty years...quit in 2010 and was successful for 3 1/2 years. Then my husband died in January 2014, so I caved and started up again...now, over 7 years later, I want to be done for good!!!! This quit is IT.
