Rollercoaster

Tonight has been a rollercoaster.  I found out earlier that my brother-in-law had a stroke (not smoking related).  Between that, my upcoming vacation and  my uncertain employment future I am emotionally all over the place right now.  I’m not going to smoke but I’m very, very upset.  I am going to try to get a good nights sleep.  I hope all of this passes.
