Day14 today ! Hurray !!!

Nothing fancy to talk about, just the usual one, what i have notice is as long as you avoid your friends who smoke and avoid doing the activities which makes you do smoke then you'll be in good hands. exercise, healthy eating, staying away from trigger points and trigger people. Have a goals of life in your head and keep tracking them and cheer the progress. and stay in close with your loved ones. Staying blessed !!!
