I decided to quit it, after atleast 5 years on nicotin. i got this habit from hanging on with a group of friends and it goes on and on.
Its now or never kinda feeling for me, alot of things messing up because of this addiction.
Before a quit it, i made sure my time is all scheduled for different activities so that my mind is always busy until i hit the bed, that way i block all trigger thoughts hopefully.
