One Week

Well, as of 8:30 am this morning I have been smoke free for one week. It feels good. It was rocky, definitely, and I anticipate many more rocky moments, but it feels good.

I'd like to thank everyone for the words of encouragement, advice and support. I don't think I could've made it this first week without you.
