I Picked my 43rd birthday as my quit day
I have even asked friends and coworkers who smoke to join me and they have agreed
I'm scared but determined to do this I'm sick of waking up coughing and throwing up if I cough too hard.
my husband quit 20 yrs ago and still ended up getting COPD it's just not fair that worries me too what if I get sick instead of healthy after I quit I know thinking dumbly but just my thoughts for today and wanted to post something to start me off.
anyway glad i found this place Hope it works this time.
