I do not post as I should here, but I had to share this. In January I became very sick with a bad head cold. Not normal for me but not unheard of either, especially at this time of year. It is the first time I have been really bad sick since I quit smoking and the experience was amazing. I got over being sick so much faster. So much less congestion, and best of all not going outside in the cold to still smoke while being sick like a moron. I'm still in my fist year of quitting after a lifetime of smoking.... but the benefits keep revealing themselves to me all the time. Keep at it, it gets easier every day and new reasons to confirm why you quit keep popping up all the time.
