I'm sorry for not being here lately to congratulate and offer support to those on their quit journey. Seems I've been in a real funk for the last few weeks. The death of a childhood friend and the death of a Vietnam buddy from the Navy seems to have me doing a lot of thinking about my own immortality. I will work through it somehow. At least I'm not smoking over it.
On a happier note, I will be 70 years old this Thursday and my health is still very good. Who'd have thought after all those years of smoking. I guess I'm one of the luckier ones.
Anyway I promise to be more active on the site and try to help anyone needing help. Have a wonderful Monday everyone.
