Who Needs Em?
Ice water, peppermint, cinnamon and gum.. I used to smoke thru hot flashes….Quitting smoking made those things “ho hum".
From day one til now it's getting to be all good
But day one was pretty "chitty"…Everyone hid in my neighborhood.
I thought a crave would kill you and I ran the other way.
But when I got really ticked at myself, I found I could make it all day.
They can say what they want about humor and smiling and sweetness and light.
But the only thing that's worked for me is to roll up my sleeves and fight.
