Hiya! I am Deb from a little village just outside of Chicago. I have four beautiful, talented and creative kids and a wonderful husband. I started smoking 40 years ago (unbelievable!!) when I was just 15 years old. How did 40 years get by me so quickly??? Believe it or not, being healthy and eating healthy has always been a top priority for me. I am a long-time vegetarian and love to talk about (and read about) nutrition, cooking, sustainable farming. I love music-- especially blues, r&b, rock and roll but love classical too. I have a wide circle of family and friends---90% of whom are smoke-free!
