Day 11

Good Morning, well it’s day 11 it’s been going pretty well...still coughing up a lung!  I am ashamed, disappointed, and sad that I have done this to my body.....I am hoping I am cleansing now for even better days to come!  One thing is for sure it’s a wonderful feeling being able to take a deep breath!  Okay that’s it for now, I am sure I will be around again at some point today.  Have a wonderful day!
