New quitter

My smoking 3x/day during a 12-13 hour day, doesn’t sound awful, but I’m feeling the heat to quit.  My manager has done everything to accommodate me, but I’ll eventually get written up from HR.  I’m a truly addicted smoker.  I’m flat out freaking out about how I’ll manage it.  I got an RX for Zyban, nicotine patches and will call MD tomorrow for RX for Chantix.  Any words of encouragement appreciated!
