Hello my EXFamily , I hope everyone is well and in good spirits.
Greetings from windy London to all and I hope you are all continuing willingly and determined on your journey to freedom from addiction and poison .
Just remember 'LIFE ' will happen but don't let it distract you from your goal .
Never give up on your reality of not lighting up another cigarette again , because your health and wellbeing is more important .
I am thankful I joined this site and got the support of many , and predominantly Dale's brutal but very important truth of how things are and what to expect .
But no support would've helped me if I wasn't determined and willing to quit , no advice would've been good enough if I wasn't ready to listen and apply the knowledge.
Remember you might not be where you want to be but your are not where you were either, so every day counts .
