I'm 30 years old. I have a 4 year old son that I adore. A college student on my way to start my Masters degree. I enjoy movies, music, and reading. I want to have a good quality of life and smoking is keeping me from having a healthy lifestyle. I want to be able to have control over my own body instead of being controlled. I have a son that I would die for so it is so important to me that I quit forever. I want to live as long as I can for my son. I am open to advice on how I can make sure I quit forever. I constantly tried over the years to quit. I was not successful which would make me be more stressed out. I cannot fail at this cause its either life or death for me. I'm pretty healthy person but smoking will be the main thing that causes me sickness or death. I'm willing to be open to new ways to control my urges and I love advice good or bad. Thank you for reading and I can't wait to start my quit journey!
