Congratulations on day 4!! I loved each new day quit, I loved waking up smoke free and being able to experience life as a non-smoker. I didn't love the withdrawals, but I didn't give in...I loved my brand new smoke free life too much! Around days 4, 5 and 6 I started to feel better, too....I was a cold turkey quitter, so my first three days are kind of a blur, lol.
I don't know if you've experienced this or not, but I also became aware of how much more free time I had once I quit. I was not a heavy smoker, but the time that I spent in the garage or outside smoking must have been pretty significant. I couldn't get over the difference! Time, in addition to my health, was an added benefit to quitting.
