Mother of 2 girls, grandmother of 8. Married for 48 years. Quit smoking 30 years ago, but started again a year ago after major stress in our lives. I do loop yarn knitting, read, love word games and Sims Freeplay. We don't do much outside activities because my husband has gone blind from retinal detachments in each eye over the last several years. I need all the help I can get to quit smoking. I get very grouchy/anxious when I try to quit.
