That's what's hard to shake.

That idea became comfortable, then, it became our routine.

It's deeply ingrained but it can change.

Who's Going To Change Your Perception If Not You?

I've seen people say "the more times you fail at quitting, the more you learn."

It's BS.

It's part of the excuse mentality.

I've never heard one person

define anything they learned from smoking after they quit.

It's a decision not a war, not a fight.
