Hi, im joe I am new at this site but I know we all have one thing in common and that is to quit smoking. I really want to quite for good and thinking about using the patch except I dont know if thats the best way to do it. I am really interested in any advice that anyone can give me and I know now that I could use as many friends that I can get.
