It has been 30 days since my quit date .I just quit cold turkey. However, my success so far, is because of this web site.
I started off slow but picked up the pace. I started reading all the pieces of info that I could find including what all the other members had to say. I have been inspired, motivated, educated, enlightened. Have found my inner strength. I smoked 45 years. Never thought I could quit because I didn't want to. Big regrets but better late than ever Thank you everyone for your contributions, friendship, and support. Maybe we could help someone else to see the light & quit.
