So, I quit smoking on Thursday. I decided I wanted to have a healthier life and set a better example for my kids. Plus, once I really thought about it, cigarettes taste disgusting and the smell lingers on everything; clothes, jacket, car, etc. I was doing great, distracting myself and finding better things to do with my time such as walking or reading. Then, out of nowhere, I caved on what would have been day 8. It was just one puff. Really, that's all I could even handle. Now I am starting over at day 1. I'm kicking myself, but I'm not giving up.
