DAY ONE!

Well today is the day!! I had a set back Monday, but I am proud to say I have been smoke free for 12 hours...hey, baby steps:) I will be coming to this site a lot today to get me through tough moments. I do feel pretty confident that I can fight this, I have to! Love to all and have a great day!!!

I am from Holland, Oh and have been smoking since I was 17. I loved it! I am sad to give it up, but I also want to live without an oxygen tank. I want to see my kids and grand kids grow up. I am working as an Administrative Assistant at an electrical contracting company and love it, mostly haha. I have two boys Jarret 24 and Tyler 20 and 3 bonus boys.
