Quitting Again

Well I fell off the band wagon a few months back and am ready to start this journey again....I think. I have been coughing a lot lately and it kind of scared me into quitting again. I want to be around for my kids and grand kids without an oxygen tank. To be honest I love smoking and will miss the hell out of it, but I need to do this for my health. I can't figure out why I enjoy smoking so much. I smoke close to a pack a day which is nearly $6-7 dollars per pack. We are getting a new house so this will help to save money, but the thoughts cross my mind like, "it would be so nice to sit out on my new porch and smoke." How do I get these thoughts out of my head? I know I can do something else to replace smoking, but I love my smokes and relaxing outside after a hard day. Fingers crossed that I can find peace in quitting. Quit Date 061719.

I am from Holland, Oh and have been smoking since I was 17. I loved it! I am sad to give it up, but I also want to live without an oxygen tank. I want to see my kids and grand kids grow up. I am working as an Administrative Assistant at an electrical contracting company and love it, mostly haha. I have two boys Jarret 24 and Tyler 20 and 3 bonus boys. The love of my life, Dan King, is my biggest supporter of my quit journey!
