Alot of fun being free! Best thing I have ever done and am so happy! Easy peasy..all about the freedom! I want to save you all from the habit by telling you its a choice and that simple. It's all in your head as your body heart lungs and mouth will live just fine and like life's a beach...enjoy every minute! I will never regret that glorious day I chose to be free of it all. I love it even more....
