day 3

lol I forgot to post about day 2 of riding the bike for 20 mins but I road the bike 20 mins today at 11 mph I believe this is helping my circulation my mind and my breathing.  and ever since I got the pillow and a new pillow ive been sleeping a lot better and I remember in collage them saying you need to buy new pillow every 3 years and old broke down pillow is the main cause of sore necks and bad backs. well im off to got do tia chi lol be strong and well today exers!
