I'm just writing to let all new exsmokers it is possible to quit. I quit because of my cat chaos, he was born with damaged eyes and I was reading up on improving his health and smoking wasn't helping his wyes at all it was the easiest choice ive ever made for myself and my son and my fuzzy soulmate. he has clear eyes 5 years later to this day! thank you to everyone who supported me!
