I would be a liar if I said that it was easy, most days are tough. Real hard when health problems make things worse. All in all though, I admit I want it so bad that I try to do anything to keep my mind away from danger zones. That's what I call bad cravings. I use tricks, teqs, prayer, phone calls.... whatever to take my mind off it. Most people have been supportive & those that haven't well....Still counting! > Jeanne
