Day #9

Being sick & the weather here is just horrible today. High winds have caused major outages, trees down & my anxiety is high. My Dr .(had to go today) said my BP is higher then normal,  probably the pain I'm in, but STILL haven't picked up. I am waiting for scripts to be delivered then .....well anything but a smoke. If I feel a craving I just read all the info & encouragement you all have sent me. Thank You! > Jeanne
