Cigarettes taste like crap now. Sticking with my quit date because hubby and I are doing this together.
Today I filled out my post it notes with reasons to quit, things to do after quit, and quotes about quitting.
I have started running again, and last week I did 1 minute running, 1 minute walking. Last night I was up to 1 minute walking for 2 minutes running and I wasn't winded after the 2 minutes. That is the push I need. I crushed my WOD at CrossFit on Monday. Not nearly as winded. And I did a box jump you guys!
Pills are making me not hungry at all. I have to remind myself to eat. As an athlete we tend to plan our day around food so this is all very strange for me. Hubby had a hard time sleeping last night. I find I am sleeping really hard. No weird dreams,I just wake up feeling like I slept for a year. The excessive thirst is much better than those first couple days.
OH! And this morning for my "morning break" I didn't sneak off to have a cigarette. I grabbed a piece of nicorette and went for a walk and it was GLORIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
