Going on 5

Just days. 6 pm it will be 5 days, I'm so new I'm counting days. I haven't had any strong urges to smoke (yet). but I am taking nicotine lozenges.

Part of me thinks it's cheating to use external aids to will power. Most of me knows I have a better chance of quitting this time.around with it. I have to keep taking them for weeks  I suppose.
