Second day ! First morning...fighting the morning urge! I'm getting help with the lozenges. I feel great every second that passes and not giving in to that destructive temptation. Feeling strong!

Welcome and  congrats on your first day won.  Keep that up one day at a time.   For me, staying busy really helped.  And, come to the site if you need some support. Barb

Keep going one day at a time, this is a journey and there is no way to speed it up.  When a day is too long, go for an hour or a moment, craves come and go and they will pass.  Try to keep busy, This is a great blog by YoungAtHeart  that you might find very helpful, For Our New Years' Quitters (and community member...  Another one that I found very helpful was one written by JonesCarpeDiem   What To Expect In The First Four Months  For things to do, there is a list 101 Things to Do Instead of Smoke  Try to identify your triggers and be ready for them, plan what you will do when they occur.  You CAN do this.  Welcome to EX.
